Lies. We have screenshots of ad originally posted in October with Move in Special. They updated it to word differently after telling us they weren’t honoring it and because Craigslist shows when something was updated we noticed it and then they reposted it a few days later after refusing us the special.
The only reason I prefer living here because how the current management keeps this community nice and clean and well maintained i would leave if this community manage by the team they have now.

Where to start. My daughter moved in here as a new renter. They falsely advertised and insinuated they would receive the advertised move in special “free rent until December 1st. she referenced this ad when filling out the application and paying deposit and then they acknowledged and office even explained the special when application was filled out but then refused to honor the special.’of course they weren’t told this until after lease was signed. Their excuse was that the special ended in September.
Do not move here if you can help it, I have seen several good reviews and experiences but they are the very opposite of our experience and we have evidence of the issues we experienced. In my opinion, they either write their own reviews or they discriminated against my daughter.

I live here its great....i see improvements made regulary...is maintained well . ..I know its hard to keep up with the critic of a moble home living....all people live differently....i understand how this can be a daunting task for a manager and mantaince to keep up with it sure helps when you have good ones they are great.....keep up the good work!!

I have lived here for 2 years and love it. The staff is friendly and they work hard to fix any issues & maintain the property. If they are not in the office they are usually out working to improve the neighborhood. The neighbors are quite and respectful. Its a great place to raise your family!
