We had an amazing experience with Charles, the owner of the PODS in Wichita. We had a situation with the person that was moving into the home that we had just moved out of. Our POD was awaiting pick-up and she threatened to have it towed if we didn't have it off the driveway before 10:00 am that Monday morning. The customer service from the national call center was awesome, called Charles in Wichita for us, and then Charles called us, making an early trip to the property to pick up the POD. Despite the nasty attitude of the lady at our former residence, he was fun to deal with and gave us comfort that our worries were taken care of. Top notch service, great follow-up, and a true commitment to doing the job right. I highly recommend Charles and his team!
