After filing a complaint with Choice Hotels, the hotel failed to respond. Very poor management. Manager refused to provide contact person information for someone above them. They lie about why they are calling you in the morning. I know this because I walked up to the desk when they were calling another room. This policy should be made known to guests upon check in. Choice Hotels even agreed with this.
Beware, they want you out of your room by 10:30am even though checkout is 11:00am. The front desk will call if you are not checked out by then. The carpet needs replaced throughout the hotel. Bed and Jacuzzi in room were nice though.
Great staff...rooms seem to need better cleaning/updating. But for price...good location and value. Breakfast was awful
The people were very accommodating and polite. The room was clean and breakfast was great!
Super nice room for the money. Good breakfast and heat staff. Lavatory was outside of bathroom and that sure is more convenient. Room was spacious and bed wa s comfortable. Close to convenience stores and restaurants.
The staff were either super nice Nicole and Kelley or very rude, these names I didn't get or want to mention. Breakfast was busy over weekend 2 waffle makers would of helped. Weekend cleaning could of been better as was alittle dirty places. I would stay again due to the customer service given by 2 of the nicest hotel ladies ever. Thanks Nicole and Crystal. Ill return
