Excellent company to have do your work.
I had them out to help me with a fire at my house which my father built. They were very slow moving and did not take me seriously AT ALL. It seemed like I was pretty low on their prioritize list. Then when they finally started working they kept trying to tell me I had to rip out built ins which my dad had built, tear apart rooms which didn't have any soot or smell. They kept telling me they could make insurance pay for it anyway and that they would give me some of the money. Very unethical and poor quality of work.
I experienced an extensive fire at my rental property and of course this was my first (and hopefully last) experience with a fire. I contacted Klein Construction to "make me whole" after the fire. On a scale of 1 -10, Don Brock and Klein would rate as a 12! The line of communication was continuous, and they took the time to ensure that I was well informed and completely involved with the total remodel. The subcontractors that they used were true professionals, and everyone treated my property as if it were their own! I don't make many recommendations, but I would recommend Klein Construction without hesitation nor reservation. If you want the job completed in a professional manner, you should call Klein Construction!!!
Jumped right in on a disaster we had. They were there the same day and knew just when to call in help and who to call. Had the job done ASAP, and done well. Stuck with us right through the dealings with the insurance company. Highly revomended!
I had 4 companies measure a room for a flooring install. Extremely simple job. 3 of them had quotes back the next day. A week later and no quote from Klein. After e-mailing and calling several times, finally got a quote. Price for labor alone was exactly double what the others quoted. I followed up with a question and never got a response. Went with a competitor and was extremely happy.
